Order processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery within Australia

BasketsBliss delivers Australia-wide using a combination of Australia Post and trusted courier partners. Delivery timeframes from dispatch are:

  • Sydney metro: 1–3 business days
  • Regional NSW: 3–5 business days
  • Interstate (major cities): 3–7 business days
  • Remote and rural areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, or peak periods. BasketsBliss is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. Not all delivery methods include real-time tracking.

Corporate and bulk orders

For corporate or bulk orders of 5 or more hampers, please contact us directly at info@basketsbliss.com to discuss delivery arrangements, lead times, and pricing.

Delivery address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. BasketsBliss is not responsible for hampers delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Redelivery fees may apply if a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Failed deliveries

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the carrier may leave the parcel in a safe location or leave a collection card. BasketsBliss is not liable for hampers left unattended at the delivery address.
