All sales are final

Due to the perishable and handcrafted nature of our gift hampers, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or where the recipient did not enjoy the hamper.

Damaged or incorrect orders

While we take great care in preparing and packaging every hamper, we understand that issues can occasionally arise during transit. If your hamper arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@basketsbliss.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographs of the damaged or incorrect items and packaging

We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, offer an appropriate resolution which may include a replacement, partial credit, or other remedy. We are not obligated to provide a full refund in all circumstances.

Return shipping

Where a return of goods is required, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as BasketsBliss is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement provided dispatch has not yet commenced. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@basketsbliss.com. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
